The Continual Journey

I have had a desire to make a difference; to do something bigger than me. I have grown up with a love of baking, and even worked in bakeries! But I want to do something bigger than just cakes and cookies (trust me i still love baking, that is a later in life dream!).  I want to work with people and help them! So I’ve had this desire to become a nurse, and it has slowly started to grow. So I am doing this training   that will give me not only experience before I enter into that field, but a kingdom minded foundation. I want to help guide people in their healing, I just haven’t  felt equipped or ready to step into that. But truly when I take a step back and think, is anyone truly ready? So I’m ready (whatever the heck that means) to step into this next chapter, and I am doing it scared.  

Well when the Lord calls you.. You answer. He made it clear for me that it was time to go out and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:18-20). So that means going to training, becoming equipped, and putting into action what I learned. And it just so happens to be that I will be based out in Hawaii! I already have a special love for those islands, but I am blessed to have the opportunity to go back, and for such a great purpose!
